MUDr. Monika Koudová, MBA

Dr. Monika Koudová leads the genetics programme at the GENNET clinic. She holds a specialised competence in Medical Genetics and is one of the leading experts in clinical‑genetic counselling and genetic laboratory methods, with 24 years of practice. She holds a licence from the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK) to serve as Head Physician and Senior Consultant in this field. She is co‑author of numerous international and domestic publications and presentations. She is a member of the Czech Society of Medical Genetics (ČLS JEP), the European Society of Human Genetics (ESHG) and the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG).

MUDr. Jan Diblík, Ph.D.

Dr. Jan Diblík, PhD, has worked in the Department of Medical Genetics at GENNET since 2013. He gained experience at the Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University and at the Center of Reproductive Medicine at Motol University Hospital. He studied at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and then completed his doctoral studies in Biomedicine at Charles University. He holds attestation in Medical Genetics and a licence to serve as Head Physician and Senior Consultant in a healthcare facility. He also holds a specialist medical licence for the UK (General Medical Council) and Ireland (Irish Medical Council).

MUDr. Lenka Horáková

Dr. Lenka Horáková works as a physician in the department of medical genetics at GENNET Liberec. She focuses on the genetic diagnostics of both children and adult patients, including hereditary developmental disorders, oncogenetics, genetic causes of fertility disorders, and diagnostics of Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). She holds specialised competence in Paediatrics and Clinical Genetics. She graduated from the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Motol. Her professional practice was gained from 2010–2018 at the Paediatric, Neonatal and Intensive Care Unit of the Regional Hospital Liberec. Since 2019 she has worked at GENNET in the field of clinical genetics. Her work strives to ensure that genetic counselling and the results of genetic testing are not merely diagnostic tools, but a means to improve the quality of life of the patient and their family. She is a member of the Society of Medical Genetics, the Society of Paediatric Neurology and the Society of Paediatric Medicine. She has long been engaged in the diagnosis of children with FASD, lecturing activities, creation of educational materials and family counselling.

MUDr. Gabriela Křečková

Dr. Gabriela Křečková works in the department of medical genetics at GENNET Liberec. She graduated from the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague, in the field of Paediatrics. In 1994 she obtained her first attestation in Paediatrics and between 1991–1998 she worked in the Paediatric Department of the Regional Hospital Liberec. From 1997 she has worked as a GP for children and adolescents. In 2000 she began working in a genetic outpatient clinic at the Regional Hospital Liberec and since 2001 has been a clinical geneticist at GENNET Prague, Liberec branch. In 2009 she obtained her second attestation in Medical Genetics. She has completed a number of specialised trainings and seminars in Medical Genetics and Paediatrics. She is a member of the Association of General Practitioners for Children and Adolescents and the Society of Medical Genetics and Genomics. Beyond clinical practice, she engages in teaching and collaborates with psychologists and special pedagogues.

MUDr. Monika Pokorná

Dr. Monika Pokorná graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University – General Medicine. In 2010–2011 she worked as a secondary physician in the Internal Department of Kadaň Hospital. In 2011–2013 she was secondary physician in the 1st Internal Clinic of the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady in Prague. In 2012–2013 she was assistant doctor at the 1st Internal Clinic of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, UK and Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady. In 2013–2016 she served as an external physician at the GHC Clinic Prague. In 2017–2018 she completed a traineeship at the Medical Genetics Laboratory Ltd. in Pardubice. In 2013–2018 she worked as a physician at GHC Genetics Ltd., Prague; in 2019–2021 she was a physician in the outpatient service of the Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics 1st Faculty of Medicine, UK and University Hospital in Prague.

MUDr. Alena Puchmajerová

Dr. Alena Puchmajerová has worked in the medical genetics department at GENNET since 2017. She graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine, and after graduation in 1993 she joined the Neonatology Department of the Gynaecology‑Obstetrics Clinic at Apolinář. In 1996 she completed her attestation in Paediatrics and began working in Clinical Genetics. She gained her experience at the Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics, Motol University Hospital and the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, where she worked until 2017. In 1999 she obtained a follow‑up attestation in Medical Genetics. She is the author and co‑author of numerous scientific publications, contributes to postgraduate physician education, holds a licence to serve as Head Physician and Senior Consultant in the field of Medical Genetics, and is a member of the Czech Society of Medical Genetics (ČLS JEP).

MUDr. Dagmar Rašková

Dr. Dagmar Rašková has worked in the medical genetics department at GENNET since 2003. She graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine, Charles University in Prague. She completed a first‑level attestation in Paediatrics and an attestation in Medical Genetics. She began her practice in the internal department of the hospital in Sušice, and from 1987 she worked in the genetics department (later the Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics) at Motol University Hospital. She participated in postgraduate courses at IPVZ in Medical Genetics and in the 2nd European School of Medical Genetics in Genoa. She participates annually in domestic and foreign conferences and holds a lifelong continuing education certificate in Medical Genetics. She is the author and co‑author of more than 77 Czech and international publications.

Mudr. Veronika Sabolová

MUDr. Veronika Sabolová graduated from the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she actively focused on gynaecology and obstetrics, gaining her first practical experience through clinical obstetric practice.

After completing her studies, she worked at the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Příbram, where she obtained her board certification in gynaecology and obstetrics in 2016. Since 2015, she has also been working in fetal medicine at the Profema Fetal Medicine Centre.

Since 2017, she has been part of the Gennet team in the Department of Medical Genetics, where she continues her specialization and is currently preparing for her board certification in medical genetics. In her practice, she combines her expertise in gynaecology, obstetrics, and genetics, with a particular focus on prenatal diagnostics and genetic counselling during pregnancy.

MUDr. Kateřina Sobolová

Dr. Kateřina Sobolová graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Plzeň. Between 2010 and 2014, she worked as a general practitioner at Vyšehrad Medical Clinic as part of her residency training, which she completed with a board certification in General Practice in 2013. She continued practicing general medicine until 2022. From 2010 to 2021, she was also involved in teaching 4th-year students at the Institute of General Practice, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. Since 2022, she has been working as a geneticist at the GENNET clinic and Arleta IVF.
