Our Centre was founded due to the need of ensuring a complex care for our patients. For a couple of years we have, as the leading workplace of the medical genetics in the Czech Republic, provided services to the patients from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Great Britain, Italy and other centres of assisted reproduction. More and more patients come to our clinic with some kind of a reproduction problem. When we introduced the pre-implantation genetic diagnostics, it was clear that if we were to provide the patients with a top-quality care, we must offer them a complex treatment of infertility right in our facility.
We were aware of the fact that there is a relatively wide spectrum of infertility treatments in the Czech Republic. Therefore we have decided that our Centre would be exceptional in the fact that it would offer our patients an individual approach and that it would focus on the patients who have not been successful in other facilities, especially those who need donated gonadal cells or the pre-implantation genetic diagnostics. Therefore we have built the Centre according to the experience of other modern centres abroad and equipped it with the top quality apparatuses.
In the treatment we emphasize especially the comfort of the patient during examination. Patients can use exclusively equipped single-bed wards. The staff of our centre communicates in English, German and Italy. Within our international IVF program we will ensure our patients are provided with everything related to their stay.
Although we belong to one of the youngest Centres of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic, our staff members are not beginners in the scope of assisted reproduction. We have selected experienced experts who had worked in other Czech centres of assisted reproduction and have an experience of several thousand IVF cycles; our aims are high. We do not only want to increase the number of centres dealing with assisted reproduction. We try to orientate ourselves especially towards couples that have been unsuccessful and to which we wish to offer our genetic background.
Therefore, our success is not the main goal (as would be the case of many other centres). Rather, what we really aim for is your success. We especially struggle to develop solidarity and an accessible program of donation of gonadal cells.
